It all depends on how new Representatives of Titlagarh, Balangir and Bargarh take-up with RM. Chances are 50-50%. We people of Vskp are not interested in that route too and wanted it to be in Raipur Bilaspur Bypass Bina for 2 days joining in Samatha Slot to make it daily as it's the shortest route.

Yes you're 100% right. Due to excess love of east coast railway and our MP, Hirakund express running on a long round route instead of BRGA, BLGR, TIG, RDGA short route. That's why I always says SBP-TIG route is a Goods train route.

Visakhapatnam public doesn't need this train nor sought extention, it was dumped by ECOR BBS when people of Berhampur and Srikakulam sought a connection to Delhi by extending Puri New Delhi SF express. If you want it to be daily then remaining 4 days can be run from Bhubaneswar.
Hirakud Exp 20807/ 20808 will continue to run via BAM, BBS, ANGL for 3 days. On the remaining days another Exp train should be run via VZM TIG, BLGR .
On introduction of another train via TIG, BLGR for 4 days the 3 day train via BBS should be made free of RAKE REVERSAL at TLHR and SBP.

I have a question. Is it possible to change its halt at sambalpur city instead of sambalpur jn? (I know earlier it was Between SBP and NZM but now it has been extended)
Ya it can happen but It's was the only superior train to connect Delhi to sambalpur and sambalpur to Bam
