Hello Everyone Recently travelled in 1AC of Jnaneshwari exp from Kolkata Shalimar to LTT on 31st May 2022.As we all know 1AC is always good to travel.but i have another bad expereince in this train some of the points during travell i have expereinced i should clear to all are as follows.
1.Cleanliness is very bad
2.In shower room shower is missing
3.No Security...

as General Coach people are roaming whole night in the 1AC passage and near the washroom.
4.Window Curtains are still missing.
5.Coach was new but bad jerking throughout journey.even my co passenger didnt sleep for this.

As complained through Twitter without resolving issues they have closed my complaint.

Railway board and Central Railway plz look after the maintainence of the coaches.

Plz its an Request kindly change terminal from Shalimar to Howrah bcoz there is no basic facilities also
1.Platform lights are not working its totally dark
2.Washroom in the terminal is not hygeine
3.No waiting room for upper class
4.No proper entrance at the terminal
5.No Public Transport like cab etc ready to go at this terminal
6.Roads outside terminal is not built
7.Its just a mess at this terminal
