Regarding Tata CAPE many yrs ago do remember an aquaintance pointing out that there was a proposal/demand sent by local south indian community in Jamshedpur (Tata) to make Tata-Allp an independent train and run up till CAPE with new set of timings. Of course proposal never got through

Woh route lamba padta hai isliye. Jab JBP-G open ho jayega fir bhi most of new trains (Delhi- South route wali) BINA-ET-BPQ hi lengi kyonki woh shorter route hai.
