Once again, we find ourselves in a familiar situation. A train with 2.5 First AC coaches and 10 Third AC coaches has been introduced to one of India's economically weakest states during the festive season. The railway authorities are fully aware that these coaches will be fully booked, yet they proceeded with this allocation.
