The locomotive's reintroduction into service, The striking new design features a cherry red base, complemented by grey accents, and is detailed with black and yellow stripes cum decals. This visual tribute is a powerful reminder of the nation’s respect for its armed forces, now not only represents cutting-edge rail technology but also carries a deep message of national pride and remembrance.

Its return to duty came with the 14029 Shri Ganganagar - Delhi Junction Express, and after reversing at Rewari, it continued with the 14030 Meerut Cantt - Shri Ganganagar Express, signifying its re-entrance into regular service after over a year of dormancy. This significant re-debut reinforces its place as a symbol of both technological achievement and a tribute to India's soldiers.
