The route which is said to diverted,so from which station diversion will take place and till which station it will end. What about the person booked the tickets now that person is not having the selected station in the diverted route? If cancelled confirm tickets then how much deduction? Let's assume passenger were to board from nagpur so from where now this person will board? And, the distance between Wardha to Nagpur?
