The objective was to promote awareness of railway rules and discourage ticketless travel. The drive involved commercial inspectors, chief ticket inspectors, and TTE staff who inspected several trains between Bilaspur, Champa, and Bhatapara stations, including the Bilaspur and Uslapur stations. The pantry car of the 12834 Howrah-Ahmedabad Express was also inspected, checking the medical certificates, identity cards, cleanliness, and fire extinguishers of the pantry staff. Additionally, five unauthorized vendors were apprehended at Bilaspur station, resulting in a ₹4,090 fine. One vendor was fined for lacking a medical certificate and identity card.
