The South Eastern Railway zone has announced a temporary halt of 2 minutes for four pairs of trains on August 18 and 19 to accommodate the influx of devotees during the Shravan month at Mahadevshal. The trains include the 12834/12833 Howrah-Ahmedabad Express, 18189/18190 Tata-Ernakulam Express, and two other trains.

दक्षिण पूर्व रेलवे जोन ने सावन महीने में महादेवशाल में श्रद्धालुओं की आवाजाही को लेकर 18 और 19 अगस्त को चार जोड़ी ट्रेनों को दो मिनट का अस्थायी ठहराव दिया है। इनमें 12834/12833 हावड़ा-अहमदाबाद एक्सप्रेस, 18189/18190 टाटा-एर्नाकुलम एक्सप्रेस, और दो अन्य ट्रेनें भी शामिल हैं।

CCTV footage at Tatanagar Railway Station identified a suspect who frequently boarded and disembarked various trains and was seen roaming around the station. The suspect was subsequently identified as Raghu Khosla, who pulled the chain of a train to escape and boarded the 12834 Howrah-Ahmedabad Express train at Tatanagar, heading towards Rourkela. The flying squad apprehended him at Chakradharpur Railway Station. During interrogation, Khosla confessed to stealing a woman's bag on the 12834 Howrah-Ahmedabad Express train. The GRP, informed by the RPF, arrested him. The woman who had her belongings stolen filed an FIR with the Rourkela GRP and the case was transferred to Chakradharpur GRP, where the accused was sent to jail. Khosla would deceive passengers by posing as a journalist or a businessman and befriending them. He then would steal purses from women passengers. He admitted to selling stolen jewelry from purses in Rourkela jewelry stores, and the police are questioning jewelry store owners. Over 37 cases of theft on trains are registered against Khosla in various cities including Mumbai, Bhopal, Ahmedabad, Indore, and Vijayawada. He would target women's purses on trains and change cities to evade authorities. The police are investigating other potential cases. Khosla was caught after stealing a purse from a cancer-stricken woman on the Gyaneshwari Express train. He pulled the chain to escape and boarded the Howrah-Ahmedabad Express, ultimately leading him to the RPF flying squad.

पर्स चुराने के लिए पकड़ा गया है। आरपीएफ को रेल मदद पोर्टल से टाटानगर रेलवे स्टेशन पर विभिन्न ट्रेनों के एसी कोच में यात्रियों के सामान चोरी होने की जानकारी मिली थी। इस मामले की जांच करने के लिए एक उड़न दस्ता बनाया गया। टाटानगर रेलवे स्टेशन पर लगे सीसीटीवी फुटेज से एक संदिग्ध की पहचान की गई जो विभिन्न ट्रेनों में आते-जाते नज़र आया और स्टेशन पर घूमता भी दिख रहा था। बाद में उस संदिग्ध की पहचान रघु खोसला के रूप में हुई, जिसने एक ट्रेन की चेन खींचकर भागना पड़ा और 12834 हावड़ा-अहमदाबाद एक्सप्रेस ट्रेन में टाटानगर से राउरकेला की तरफ जाने लगा। उड़न दस्ता ने उसे चक्रधरपुर रेलवे स्टेशन पर पकड़ा। पूछताछ करने पर खोसला ने 12834 हावड़ा-अहमदाबाद एक्सप्रेस ट्रेन में एक महिला यात्री का बैग चुराने की बात मानी। आरपीएफ ने इसकी जानकारी जीआरपी को दी, जिसके बाद जीआरपी ने उसे गिरफ्तार कर लिया। जिस महिला का सामान चोरी गया था, उसने राउरकेला जीआरपी में एफआईआर दर्ज कराई और केस को चक्रधरपुर जीआरपी में ट्रांसफर कर दिया गया जहां आरोपी को जेल भेज दिया गया। खोसला यात्रियों को धोखा देकर जर्नलिस्ट या बिजनेसमैन बनकर उनसे दोस्त बना लेता था और फिर महिला यात्रियों के पर्स चुरा लेता था। उसने माना कि वह चुराए हुए आभूषण को राउरकेला के आभूषण स्टोर में बेचता था और पुलिस आभूषण स्टोर वालों से भी पूछताछ कर रही है। मुंबई, भोपाल, अहमदाबाद, इंदौर और विजयवाड़ा जैसे विभिन्न शहरों में खोसला के खिलाफ 37 से ज़्यादा केस रजिस्टर हुए हैं, जो ट्रेन में चोरी के हैं। वह ट्रेनों में महिलाओं के पर्स चुरा लेता था और फिर जब सुरक्षा बलों की दबिश बढ़ती थी तो वह शहर बदलकर नए शहर में चोरी करने चला जाता था। पुलिस दूसरे संभावित मामलों की जांच कर रही है। खोसला को तब पकड़ा गया जब वह ज्ञानेश्वरी एक्सप्रेस ट्रेन से एक कैंसर पेशेंट महिला यात्री का एसी कोच से पर्स चुरा रहा था। उसने ट्रेन की चेन खींचकर भागना चाहा और हावड़ा-अहमदाबाद एक्सप्रेस में चढ़ गया, जिसके कारण वह आरपीएफ उड़न दस्ता के हाथों पकड़ा गया।

Baad mein us suspect ki pehchan Raghu Khosla ke roop mein hui, jisko ek train ki chain khinch kar bhaagna pada aur 12834 Howrah-Ahmedabad Express train mein Tatanagar se Rourkela ki taraf jaane laga. Flying squad ne usko Chakradharpur Railway Station pe pakda. Pochtaach karne pe Khosla ne 12834 Howrah-Ahmedabad Express train mein ek mahila yatri ka bag churanewali baat maani. RPF ne iski jaankari GRP ko di, jiske baad GRP ne usko arrest kar liya. Jis mahila ka saman churi gaya tha, usne Rourkela GRP mein FIR register karwayi aur case ko Chakradharpur GRP mein transfer kar diya jahaan accused ko jail bhej diya gaya. Khosla yatriyon ko dhokha dekar journalist ya businessman ban kar unse dost bana leta tha aur phir mahila yatriyon ke purse chura leta tha. Usne maan liya ki woh churae hue jewellery ko Rourkela ke jewellery store mein bechta tha aur police jewellery store walon se bhi poochtaach kar rahi hai. Mumbai, Bhopal, Ahmedabad, Indore aur Vijayawada jaise different shaharon mein Khosla ke khilaf 37 se zyada cases register hue hai, jo train mein chori ke hain. Woh trains mein mahilaon ke purse chura leta tha aur phir jab security forces ki dabiash badhti thi to woh city badal kar new city mein chori karne chala jata tha. Police dusre possible cases ki jaanch kar rahi hai. Khosla ko tab pakda gaya jab woh Gyaneshwari Express train se ek cancer patient mahila yatri ka AC coach se purse chura raha tha. Usne train ki chain khinch kar bhaagna chaha aur Howrah-Ahmedabad Express mein chad gaya, jiske karan woh RPF flying squad ke haathon pakda gaya.
