The Vijayapura-Mangaluru Junction express (train number 07377/07378) will have a two-minute temporary halt at Biruru station from April 17th to October 16th, 2024. The Yesvantpur-Sindhanur express (train number 16545/16546) will have a one-minute temporary halt at Ramagiri station from April 17th to October 16th, 2024. Additionally, ten special express trains operating between Bengaluru's Sir M. Visvesvaraya Terminal and Danapur stations have been extended till July 2024. These trains have been extended due to increased passenger traffic.

Train No. 07378 will depart from Mangaluru Central at 2:35 PM. The extension comes after years of requests from passenger associations, who also called for the train to be regularized. While the Ministry granted the extension, the train remains a special service with additional fares. The train's schedule was previously adjusted on March 22nd, with the departure time from Vijayapura moved to 3:35 PM and arrival at Mangaluru Junction moved to 9:30 AM. The train leaves Mangaluru Junction at 9:32 AM to reach Central at 9:50 AM.

Ministry ne extension to de diya, lekin train abhi bhi special service hai aur usme extra fares lagta hai. March 22 ko, train ka schedule adjust kiya gaya tha, Vijayapura se departure time 3:35 PM kar diya gaya tha aur Mangaluru Junction par arrival time 9:30 AM kar diya gaya tha. Train Mangaluru Junction se 9:32 AM par chalta hai aur 9:50 AM par Central par pahunchta hai.
