time is now 7:45 p.m. from SMVT Bengaluru, 8:25 p.m. from KSR Bengaluru, and similar advances are made at other stations. While the train reaches Mysuru at 11:15 p.m. (five minutes earlier than before), there are no changes to the schedule from Hassan to Murdeshwar. Passengers believe the change was made due to the introduction of the Vande Bharat Express (train no. 20664) on March 14th, which has caused delays in the Murdeshwar Express. Some argue that the departure time should not have been advanced, as systematic crossing could have solved the issue, and that the change has increased journey time instead of speeding up the service.

Train Mysuru pe 11:15 p.m. pe pahunchti hai (pahle se 5 minutes pehle), lekin Hassan se Murdeshwar tak koi badlaav nahi hai. Passengers ko lagta hai ki yeh change Vande Bharat Express (train no. 20664) ki wajah se kiya gaya hai, jo March 14th se start hua hai, aur isse Murdeshwar Express ko delay ho raha hai. Kuchh logon ka kehna hai ki departure time aage nahi karna chahiye tha, kyonki systematic crossing se yeh issue solve ho sakta tha, aur yeh change journey time ko badhaaya hai, service ko tez nahi kiya.
