Superfast Express, was also delayed by 2.5 hours, arriving at 4:20 PM instead of 1:53 PM. Train 08145, the Tatanagar Rourkela Passenger, was canceled. Other trains, including the South Bihar Express (13287), the Rishikesh Puri Utkal Express (18478), and the Rourkela Howrah Vande Bharat Express (20872), experienced delays ranging from 35 minutes to 2 hours. On the up-line, Train 22862, the Ara Durg South Bihar Express, was delayed by 6 hours, and Train 12871, the Howrah Titlagarh Ispat Express, arrived at 3:20 PM instead of its scheduled 11:20 AM arrival. While the DRM is holding daily meetings to address these delays, they are attributed to ongoing track maintenance work and are expected to be resolved soon.

Dusri trains jaise South Bihar Express (13287), Rishikesh Puri Utkal Express (18478), aur Rourkela Howrah Vande Bharat Express (20872) ko bhi 35 minute se 2 ghante ki delay ka samna karna pada. Up-line pe Train 22862, Ara Durg South Bihar Express, 6 ghante der se pahuchi, aur Train 12871, Howrah Titlagarh Ispat Express, 11:20 AM pe aane ki bajay 3:20 PM pe pahuchi. DRM har roz meetings karke isse dur karne ki koshish kar rahe hai, yeh track maintenance ka kaam chalne ki wajah se ho raha hai aur jaldi thik ho jayega.

Itwari Express) arrived at Chakradharpur station 8 hours late, reaching at 4:10 PM instead of 8:00 AM. Train No. 12869 (Mumbai Howrah Weekly Superfast Express) arrived 2.5 hours late at 4:20 PM. Train No. 08145 (Tatanagar Rourkela Passenger) was cancelled. Train No. 13287 (South Bihar Express) arrived 35 minutes late, and Train No. 18478 (Rishikesh Puri Utkal Express) arrived approximately 2 hours late. The Vande Bharat Express (Train No. 20872) from Rourkela to Howrah was 40 minutes late. On the upline, Train No. 22862 (South Bihar Express) from Ara to Durg was 6 hours late. Train No. 12871 (Howrah Titlagarh Isapat Express) arrived at 3:20 PM instead of 11:20 AM. The Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) is holding daily meetings to address the issue, which is attributed to ongoing track maintenance activities. The DRM is also holding meetings on Saturdays and Sundays to address the problem, and they expect improvements soon.

Other delayed trains include the 12809 Mumbai-Howrah Mail, 18029 Shalimar-Howrah Express, 12833 Ahmedabad-Howrah Superfast Express, 22862 Howrah-Ispat Express, 22511 Kamkhya Karmabhoomi Express, 20872 Rourkela-Howrah Vande Bharat, 18478 Utkal Express, and 13287 Dakshin Bihar Express. The delays are attributed to ongoing construction work at Adityapur station, including a new foot over bridge and platform. The existing foot over bridge at Adityapur is in a dilapidated condition, posing a safety hazard to passengers. The situation is further aggravated by the limited platform availability at Tatanagar station, leading to overcrowding and delays.
