Additionally, passenger train numbers 04993-94 (Jind-Kurukshetra) and 04988 (Jind-Delhi) have been canceled for the past four days. The farmers' protest, ongoing in the state since February, has impacted train services, leading to cancellations and diversions. Farmers have set up camp on the Ambala railway track, forcing superfast trains and freight trains to be diverted through the Delhi-Bathinda track. The two passenger trains mentioned above remain canceled, with the duration of the cancellation dependent on the farmers' presence on the Ambala track. February se chal raha kisanon ka andolan ab trains pe bhi affect dal raha hai, jisse trains cancel ho rahi hain ya divert ho rahi hain. Kisanon ne Ambala ke pass railway track pe dharna lagaya hai, jisse superfast trains aur freight trains ko Delhi-Bathinda track se guzarana pad raha hai. Do passenger trains cancel hain, aur abhi tak yeh nahi pata ki yeh kitne din tak cancel rahenge. The 04994 passenger train departs from Jind Junction at 5:50 PM for Kurukshetra, reaching at 9:20 PM. The 04993 train departs from Kurukshetra at 10 AM for Jind, arriving at 12:50 AM. Farmer union leaders have stated that if the government does not release arrested farmers, they may start a rail blockade in Jind from April 22nd. On Friday, several trains, including the Shri Ganganagar Intercity Superfast and the Pune-Jammu Tawi Express, were delayed at Uchaana station due to the increased traffic on the Jind track. Trains were also delayed at Narwana, Uchaana, Barsola, and Jind Junction. To make way for the Delhi-Kurukshetra DMU, a freight train had to be moved. The DMU then arrived at platform number 4 and departed after a 10-minute delay. The station superintendent of Jind confirmed that approximately 22 passenger trains were diverted through Jind Junction, while the 04993-94 passenger train running between Jind and Kurukshetra was cancelled.

Shukravaar ko subah se hi Ambala track se guzarne wali kai trainon ka Jind Junction se guzarne ka silsila shuru ho gaya tha. Iske chalte is track pe trainon ka dabaav badh gaya. Uchaana station pe Shri Ganganagar Intercity Superfast aur Pune-Jammu Tawi Express kaafi der tar khadi rahi. Trainon ki baat karen toh Narwana, Uchaana, Barsola, aur Jind Junction pe sabhi trackon pe trainen khadi rahi. Kisi anya train ko guzarne ke liye bhi track khali nahin tha. Aisa hi haal virvaar der shaam ko bhi tha. Jind Junction pe sabhi trackon pe gadiyan khadi thi. Jab Delhi-Kurukshetra ke beech chalne wali DMU ke aane ka samay hua toh track khali karne ke liye maalgadi ko rawana karna pada. Iske baad DMU gadi platform number-4 pe pahunchi aur use 10 minute baad rawana kar diya gaya. Kisaan aandolan ke chalte Jind Junction se lagabhag 22 sawari gadiyon ko gujara gaya.
