Does any one have idea what criteria is used for deciding higher or lower train no for any train between its end journey points ? For eg if train goes from A to B and back to A which journey will get higher train no (A-B or B-A)
Like for eg which train will be 16613 (lower no) and which train will be 16614 (one higher no). Is there any fix rule for deciding this ?
