i'm planning alone to visit guruvayur temple this week, most probably this sunday... i have two options:
1) i have planned to book tatkal ticket in 12623 or 16041.. and return in 12678 SBC ICE upto CBE and 12676 to chennai..
2) 16310 early mrng departure from chennai and in return in 12624 TVC MAIL to chennai..
which option suits best?? my doubt...

If you are coming in 16041, for sure you won't be able to catch 12678.. 16041 geberally reaches TCR by 7.15-7.30 only. After that connecting train is at 8am, that will reach guruvayor only at 8.30. Even if you take bus it will be 8.30. Then completing darshana and catching 12678 is impossible. Since it is summer vacation time, we can't guaranty leangth of queue. Can go from 1 to 3 hours.
From PGT i usualy goes in 16041 when visiting Guruvayor, and i usualy reaches back TCR station only around 12- 12.30.
