Onemail~ 6523 blog postsToday Morning, saw this train waiting for getting clearnace to enter PF 1 of MAS from yard. Was expecting to see a brand new LHB rake. But was totally disappointed to see, all the coaches were either 2008 or 2010 made.
Only once coach was 2013 made, and that too has broken window.
Along with SR, one SWR coach was also spotted.

No. I mean SR got Extra Blue-Grey LHB Rakes which they are using along with Silver-Blue rake mixed in both the shatabdis?
The Silver rake shud fully be given to Mysore Shatabdi and Blue-Grey STD LHB to CBE Shatabdi. May be if CBE Shatabdi has Egmore as its terminal then such mixig would nt be possible
CBE shatabdi did not get new coaches Sajin , SR took the spare coaches of MYS Shatabdi and made to run as CBE Shatabdi. Just some 6 LHB AC chair coaches are 2013 made in SR . remaining all are 2008. MYS Shatabdi got 11 CC , 2 EC , 3 EOG in 2008 and few spares in 2013. BKN exp got 3 EOG , DD got 3 EOG. SR took 2 EOG and gave to CBE Shatabdi . BKN's one EOG is with MYS Shatabdi and SR has only one spare EOG of DD now . Last year SR got one more EC so they shuffled somehow and made CBE Shatabdi as LHB.
oh.. i thought, it was alloted new LHB...
