Was going through old diaries of mine and was rather amused by an entry dated 11th June, 1977. " Purchased a plane ticket by flight 534 from Bangalore to Madras leaving Bangalore at 1650 hrs on 12th June at a cost of Rs. 120 " . I now wonder what the train fares on this sector would have been like then :)
