Clearly Karnataka and Rajasthan are laggards....and look as blips in mainland...off-course it overlooks NFR region...\
But it also reflects traffic density and in turn population in these areas, as these regions are sparsely populated ones///However, things have taken turn for better since few years due to new ports in Gujarat, for which electrification of lines connecting N India and Gujarat thro Raj need urgent doubling cum electrification..
