It was given LHB cos of then president pratibha patil s pressure, as per previous blogs here..
Even high priority and good superfasts like Goa, KK have ratings around 3.5 to 5 and this one seems to be very high.
these trains more than often than not compete with other trains on that route and come off inferior in comparision, leading to low ratings.
But from Bangalore to Indore, this is indeed the only train, hence by default becomes best
.
Also popular trains have more ratings, which depicts it closer to reality rating wise than trains with few ratings, where biases may play...

I traveled in this train end-to-end from YPR to INDB(Nov 2015). It takes a really long route, but reaches Indore mostly on time or before time. Train staff is also good, but there's no Pantry Car for a 41 hour journey!
This train can save almost 7 hours if Akola-Khandwa-Indore becomes BG. Current route from Akola to Indore takes around 14 hours.....
