Should waitlisted tickets be stopped by Indian Railways to customers i.e. only confirmed tickets be issued to the customers.

Additional one coach of A.C. III tier and two coaches of Sleeper should be added in every train to decrease the waiting.
Waiting list should be stopped. It will help others as if one confirmed passenger cancells his seat . Automatically seat will be available and another one can book a seat.
