Instead of running this train, rlys could have made the 11307/08 to leave at 6 am from GR and leave HYB around 6 pm to reach GR around 10.30 pm and provided stops at Seram,Malkhed road, Chittapur and Karkunta.

ICE timings are terrible, but don't expect such benevolence from SCR. At most it will be given odd timings, similar to the one Urs special got to avoid harming their own revenue.

or the 11307/8 Gulbarga-Hyderabad intercity can atleast run at 7:00 PM from Hyderabad and reach Gulbarga arround 11:00 PM. Also passenger train is for diff sect of passengers

the concerned train also reaches GR at 23:10.
there is a reason why SCR, when sending a proposal to CR, send a TT which gave a morning departure from HYB and evening departure from GR, exactly opposite of what was demanded.
but still, 19:00-20:00 does seem a good time.. I'm thinking of dropping a PG portal to ask for changing timing of GR ICE to late evening departure like you suggested.
