Is the ticket charge normal for Suvidha Special trains, or some extra money is charged ?

try booking on IRCTC website and reach till final payment page. you will get your amount.
Untill it is run as Special Fare it will be charged tatkal fare 670+booking charges. Once it is Suvidha then in range of 1300-1500 for yr said availability.
Suvidha trains have dynamic pricing system and no one can predict that what would be the fare in coming days. As you have queried about 26th of Oct. which would be in peak season in this route so it's confirm that the price can even go higher than Airline prices so it's better to book it now.
