TVC division looks to extend trains to NCJ because the land acquisition is bit problematic . Even NCJ ppl are opposing extension of some trains
I agree, but NCJ is already handles maintenance of trains from CAPE. Further extending Kerala bound trains will pressurize NCJ yard and as a result new trains can't be given to CAPE. Also I can understand if SR have land issues at Nemom, but for KCVL the land has already been acquired. They just have to construct new platforms and washing lines at KCVL so that it can handle more trains.
Yes , so only they planned More pit lines at NCJ but NCJ ppl are opposing saying they want trains via MDU .suppose if the rate is X at NCJ , it ll be 3X at TVC , so TVC wants to reduce cost . that's why all metro cities are getting affected now because of sky high rates . I hope KCVL is completed soon and watch Sabari Exp departing from KCVL :P
since kerala govt has decided to do joint venture with IR, shouldn't they think about it again..
