Next my vision for common and poor people of India.All the Railway Stations in our country have to be well connected to their State Headquarters at least one through /link low cost Passenger train.This is also possible one .
In our South Western Railway in the Karnataka state ,From Hubli ( SWR Headquarters) to Bangaloru city ( Karnataka State Headquarters ) operated 3 sets of up and down ( 469 km ) passenger train for the poor and common people.
They can reach their State Headquarters...

I bet you have never traveled in those trains in your life. Nobody will travel from Hubli to Bangalore in that train ,
