Agree. But my question was why it came to MAS PF. Can these kind of full set of new rakes directly start from Villivakkam or from BBQ yard to respective division? Is it mandate that it should come to MAS PF and then go to respective divisions.
Not necessary that it should come to PF. Probably officials wanted to inspect the rake.
Might be they would have thought to run it as special to destination. Then dropped the plan due to recent issue happened at MAS.
Or it can be, since there was issues going around chennai, they moved rake to MAS, so that coaches are not damaged. Usually, finished rakes are kept in VLK before going to its destination, which is vulnerable spot.
I feel mostly second might be the reason.
