Yes you can cover all the places if you start at 11 am. Local Kannada means Bidar has little different slang of speaking it :) which you may find funny or rude. If you know Hindi you definitely can manage. By 6-7 pm you will be covering most of the places. Fort is in old city and other two places are in new city.
