they have upgraded everything, from locos to coaches for 160 Kmph rating, but P-way, which is probably the most important factor in determining the speed is left untouched. Unless the P-way is upgraded it is pointless having 160/200 fit locos and rakes.
Also, even the OHE isn't up to mark, there are issues of Over head Wire leaving 'hit-marks' on panto, apparently the tension of 1000 Kgf isn't sufficient.
