Which zone offers the best intra-state connectivity in the state that falls under that zone?

SR has provided good connectivity in Kerala and TN. I do accept that SR has neglected MAQ. Better to give it to SWR. But even if given,SWR should take some initiative to introduce trains. Inspite of doubling, SWR says there will be no new trains. Then what will happen to MYS-SBC-UBL Express. Sadly, IR is used for politics by netas at their whims and fancies. Its high time some good trains are introduced within Karnataka.
