Have you ever seen any instance of a train making up and cutting delay by almost 4-5 hours ???? . Well this train does it most of the time !!
The train that left DHN/Tata on Saturday had a delayed start due to a line block near Sini/CKP. It departed from Rourkela at 1am with a delay of 6 hours , continued with its delay in Andhra. Had a terrific run in BZA-MAS section despite route congestion and stops (covered in 7 hours ).
And finally despite all stops,...

of course it can. Just take its TT in Kerala.
Departs CBE at 11:05. Requries like 70min to reach PGT. So ideally by 12:15 train can reach PGT. 1hr slack
the train which departs at 1:20PM from PGT, having a not stop run to SRR, can reach SRR by 2PM, and say it takes 20min for loco change. By 2.20 train is ready. But needs to depart only at 3:10. 50min slack.
Again,...

Ironically, the proposed change in time table of this train didn't get implemented either. Else it would've reached ALLP by 1630 or so!
When there is good support for daily travelers from our leaders. Getting such changes is very tough...
Yes, it was pressure from daily passengers it seems. Even though there is a passenger at 6pm towards Allp followed by another train around 7pm, yet this train somehow bore the brunt.
Though 18189/13351 belong to SER and ECR respectively, it is ironical that they have very minimal run in their divisions. They are consistently given low priority by all divisions in Orissa, Andhra, TN & KL
