Today I am facing a very odd situation from IRCTC.
I booked a ticket on 17-Mar-2017 and the PNR is 6162722734, at the booking time the situation was RAC 11, now in the IRCTC website I am finding that the status is WL2.
I never found this kind of situation before.
Can anybody please tell me why this has happened?

May be you are right. It could be the case, I never seen this kind of scenario before. Always seen the running status. Is there anyway to check the current status for the PNR?
