Which (has been/will be) the best initiative by IR ?
Whether it is technological advancement, electrification, modernization or introduction of new trains, which seems most important to you and needs to be done first or is the best by far ?

That's one hell of a writing.
But for HST, I'm highly doubtful that it will be working in the same way here as it works in China which has led to it's Economic growth. We are very aware of the condition of Tejas after it's 1st run. The windows, handles, screens were broken and headphones stolen.
Then the situation will be like marna hai to bullet train k samne aa k marunga malgadi k samne nhi.
