HQ of ER and SER is Kolkata, not Howrah. HQ of ER is at Fairly place and that of SER is at Garden Reach
Also Kolkata metro is now considered as a separate zone of IR from 2010 with HQ at kolkata

Konkan railway zone nahi hai, konkan railway corporation limited ek PSU hai under ministry of Railways jo konkan rail line operate karti hai.
Han pata hai i just given details about KR so that atleast uska bhi HQ pata ho sabko. waise bhi Sonu asked so easy details which he could have got just by googling but anyway IRI pe kisiko help hojaye is nazariye se pucha hoga..
