As on date, there is one pair of trains which have lower even number and higher odd number.............Has there been such cases previously???
e.g. 0XX06 and 0XX07 is the pair of trains............

Allocation of number depends from zone to zone, MSL, old traditions and many other factors. Kindly have a look at some of the previous blogs pertaining to numbering of trains.
There are actually many instances similar to what you have stated.

some MEMU's have been spotted that way-66600/01 coimbatore-Erode MEMU, 66000/01 avadi-chennai MEMU etc
Any examples now or in past of such trains in case of M/E trains?
