Its depends on railway from where they want to introduce and also there is already 4 pairs of train running from LTT.
They can introduce either from MMCT/BDTS. If so happen than its a great relief for people residing in western part.
Commuting to LTT is pathetic from western line.

NCR already congested Zone in IR.
So,I think MMCT-BRC-RTM-KOTA-BTE-AH-KSJ-FBD-CNB-ON-RBL-PBH-BSB-DDU-DNR-PPTA-KIR-NJP-GHY-DBRG Route would be better & also a good connectivity through this route.

The travel time will be too much. Mumbai already has shortage of trains to NFR, and after that passengers having Bharat Darshan!
Shortest route must be sought, and for that WR/CR must itself ask for available slot from NCR
