to see half-full glass rather than half empty, we can say that Poorabiya upgraded to Vaishali Standards but a caveat, standard of both are down than original Vaishali rather than up..
I think this has happened due to 4th rake of Vaishali. Possibly that rake will be shared with Poorbiya exp.
But actually this rake sharing is different....bczz vaishali usi rake ke saath chl rhi jo phele thi...and dedicated tb bhi hai...ye rsa kewal isliye diya ...jb bhi dono me ek koi late hui to kisi ek ka extra rake wo leke jayegi taaki late naa khule shc se.... baaki koi effect ni dikha hme RSA ka...
