4-WAP4 Transferred from ET ELS to IZN DLS

Bsp ets almost always used to home 3-4 ET wap4 at any time. Some of the trains originating from bsp like Chhattisgarh Exp, Bsp-bkn/bgkt, bsp hapa, shivnath and those doing LR there like Amarkantak, Sarnath were pulled by them.
Almost always hoped that bsp ELS would get some et wap4 transferred and that lhbfied Amarkantak Exp some day would be pulled by them but sadly that couldn't happen.
