Hi Guys,
Need one clarity,

I have one ticket of 2 pax, where by HO one pax got confirmed berth where as other one got RAC on charting. Now when I file TDR how much refund is permissible? I have not travelled on this ticket.

I am pretty sure of scenario 3 months ago, only difference is that at that time one pax was confirmed and other was in WL, now one pax is confirmed and other in RAC.
