today the train reached VRI at 4:08 (12 minutes ahead of schedule) then left at 4:55 (25 minutes behind schedule). reached VM at 5:45 (40 minutes ahead of schedule) and left at 7:00 (20 min behind schedule) and finaly reached pdy at 7:40 (10 minutes ahead of schedule)
if all the buffers and unwanted delays are removed, this train could have reached VRI at 4:10, left at 4:20, reached VM by 5:10, left at 5:20 and reached PDY by 6:00 AM. even with 30 minutes buffer, max 6:30
current timings are almost intentionally...

It was supossed to be a tri-weekly- if it had run as announced then it would definitely would have got a good patronage
Also as you said the timings- of course the timings were changed recently previously it was even more worse leaving YPR at 23:30 and reaching around 9:30 in morning in the process delaying even 16731 TN-MYS Express
Well need to change major things if this train needs to run on time
