All the trains from Madurai to Coimbatore gotta go through Madurai, Palakkad (that's in Kerala) and Salem divisions of SR. The Pollachi to Kinathukkadsvu small stretch gotta be connected to either the Madurai division or the Salem division from the Palakkad division so that passenger and goods trains can run smoothly.

Pollachi to Kinathukkadsvu small stretch have to be either attached to the Madurai division or the Salem division from the Palakkad division for seamless operation of passenger trains and goods train services. सभी ट्रेनें मदुरई से कोयंबटूर तक मदुरई, पालक्काड (केरला आधारित) और सालेम डिवीजन के माध्यम से जाती हैं। पोलाची से किनाथुक्काड्स्व तक की छोटी दूरी को या तो मदुरई डिवीजन से जोड़ा जाना होगा या पालक्काड डिवीजन से सालेम डिवीजन के लिए ताकि यात्री ट्रेनों और मालगाड़ी सेवाओं का सफल संचालन हो सके।
