North East Rajdhanis would give up immediately with these benchmarks. I think it should be based upon sectional speeds, like high altitude/single line sections having different benchmarks than double lines sections.
Exceptions may be introduced under certain circumstances. But more or less this criteria will definitely help people and Railways both.
This speed criteria should be removed completely, this is just colonial bureaucratic mindset of Indian Railways. No other railways in the world I have seen yet that uses avg speed as criteria for priority.

16585/86 crosses Mangaluru junction twice in up and down run.
Yes I have travelled in 11447 shaktipunj when it crosses billi jn twice and 20808 hirakud when it crosses sambalpur road twice
Naini junction used to be for Satna bound trains going towards DDU.

Then 12709/10 & 12797/98 can have RSA, making rakes of Venkatadri Express LHB from current ICF. 12703/04 can have RSA with 22703/04 East Coast Express. Currently East Coast Express is under SER having 18045/46 number.
Why are you posting the same post tagging diffrent trains mentioned in the first post? All convey the same. Can you write how east coast express with prrsent timings have RSA with Falaknuma at SC and HWH.
even better- 12703 should have rsa with Vekatadri exp. And 12703 should terminate at KCG.
