Mandor express is a short distance train plus it has max e2e boardings/deboardings.
While UDZ KURJ has boardings deboardings from jaipur agra gwalior jhansi which increases occupancy percentage to double. That's why it's occupancy figures are that good.

Correct, Mandore will always be counted on a higher rank because of short distance and more E to E pax.
If NER can build this suggested route from Kasganj to Hapur via Atrauli, Ahmadgarh, Jahangirabad and Siyana, it will help so much to ease the traffic load in CNB-NDLS and LKO-MB-GZB section and also it will be helpful to the people of respective area along with people of Farrukhabad, Kannauj and Badaun.
This route will run parallel to Ganga river and keeping that in mind it will be mostly 110kmph mps tracks and also will make a junction with Aligarh-Chandausi line.

Would be much better to connect Aligarh Kasganj and Farrukhabad Balamau imo. Would have a new NDLS-LKO sector.
That route requires massive investment, first it will need a new rail flyover at Hathras Jn to connect NDLS-TDL line to connect to Kasganj line, after that in Farrukhabad, where the ganga river is narrowest, there's a army cantonment area, so it can't go through there. Also it will require two massive bridges to cross Ganga and Ramganga and their flood plains and after that another rail flyover at Bangarmau, plus I don't think it's going to save any time, although if this is build it will be beneficial for sure.
Join Garhmukteshwar-Sambhal-Chandausi to get shortest an alternate route to LKO
Will require a bridge over Ganga river and also it won't be that beneficial to take off the load from Delhi kanpur and delhi Lucknow route
One 8 car VB train was dispatched from ICF yesterday!
So far 8 VB trains are ready to roll on tracks.
Allotment breakdown would be,

For SR - MDU BLR & ERS BLR, remaining one might be under Chennai division.
Also, Don't forget the release of TVC-MAQ spare rake in kerala around July/August. They might rope that in for Any kerala routes like TVC-CBE.

SBC ERS VB was initially supposed to be of SWR rake then got cancelled. Even SBC RU VB is in cards
In this video ,you will see the arrow ⬆️ mark , I think so that the junction point place will be changed,it will be after madan mahal and before kachhpura,so that junction tag will be given to madan mahal instead of kachhpura. As of now , kachhpura is a junction because after kachhpura, Nainpur line and itarsi line separates . It will benefit after junction point place will change as the Nainpur bound trains will go to Nainpur line immediately after departure from madan mahal so that Jabalpur itarsi main line gets cleared.
