PM for this train should be transferred immediately to SER and SER should immediately provide LHB Coaches and make RSA with any other SER train to reduce delays. Condition of ICF coaches is very bad and looking at the huge delays everyday, maintainance at Pune end is not upto the mark. Accident can happen anyday. This train is running with huge risk. RB should immediately think about it.

The main issue is delay which I's effecting its cleanliness and maintainance. Even if transferred to SER the situation will not improve and regarding RSA it has 12+ hrs turnaround time at both ends and is still not able to recover delay. If any other trains has RSA the punctuality of that train will be at stake which is not at all recommended. It us better to leave Tata Raipur section passing trains to them selves. The best adhoc solution is to provide extra rake at base station for every daily train.
Travelled in 12393 yesterday from Mgs to Mzp( short trip). Few observations during travel :-
1)Train sleeper (S1) in which I was travelling was packed with waitlisted and unauthorised passengers.
2) Train no 22346 which was delayed by 2 hrs (approx) was waiting in yard for platform clearence. Train 12876 had occupied the platform no 2 on which vande Bharat was to be taken. Similarly Train no 12149 standing parallel to 22346 was waiting for clearence.

Sampoorna Kranti is a normal SF train only. It will get priority of a SF and if it blocks the path of RT running trains behind. then it will be looped eventually for precedence

You may treat it as a just stray event. You must admit it is hard to maintain such an aggressive TT throughout the year 365 days. So may be an odd of 25-30 days it may not able to follow it. But SK is really SK. It reminds me old days Gitanjali, TN, Coromondel. But deterioration of SL class is really a concern.
Yes for railway officials,controllers and others it's a normal SF but for the residents of Patna and other parts of bihar who regularly travels with it they have a emotion attached with it and for them it's lot more than a SF and for them it's aam janta ki rajdhani which runs like a rajdhani type schedule with barely few minutes difference with 12309 and above all in a superfast fare.These type of controlling usually happens some days in its late run but maximum day it runs on its slot and maintain its scheduled arrival at NDLS.

How About 20173 REWA VB ? NDPM to MYR direct no need to come to RKMP or ET.
Rewanchal is very much comfortable but punctuality nowadays is not certain because of heavy freight and excellent controlling in MAKR-KTE section.

Bhai then Rewanchal is the best option, but do consider that a delay of 30 minutes to 2 hours is possible.
Yes there is a good chance. But its Summer Vaccation Season so it may not be that easy, but with fast internet and if book timely then yes you can get confirmed berths
