I'll tell you what is going to happen, now they will blame pilots to overshoot signal and that there will be a detailed enquiry which would take weeks. Then they will slip the reports under the rug.

Real reason for the derailment at RPR of 12506 was track fatigue and loco not completely fit.But no one was made accountable for it .The conclusion of the report was shared in the forum.ECR is yet to take action on SrDEN(Senior Divisional Engineer).

There was a time after the Seemachal exp accident when railway was able to control the fatal accidents. Almost for 3 years, no fatal train accident took place. But things became worse after Ashwini Vaishnav took charge as RM. 5 major accidents in just 2 years -
