This train should get halt in panipat and karnal as will boost the occupancy
It'd running with good occupancy from Delhi to Chandigarh as there is no connection to North from Gurugram. The line in Delhi is of low MPS and adding more stops will add run ing time of 15 mins and cannot be not covered in other sections, already reaching very late at Ajmer. Being week day the train has 90% occupancy for today.
Train is already very popular in both up and down direction . It often gets late at Delhi cantt towards Jaipur . This is hitting punctuality and patronage of the train .
The occupancy is more than 200% hence halts are not at all required ….
I had traveled in it yesterday, believe me getting a ticket is difficult during weekend . Both the VBs get full from CDG itself …

In my opinion, stoppage at Gandhinagar Jaipur may be removed if it provides 10 minutes speed-up overall. Does nayone have station-wise patronage data for this train since its extension?

As usual VB arrived before time at BKSC but before Manpur we were trailing behind DHN SSM ICE resulting in 20 mins delay arrival at DDU further had to stop for crossing with Pawan Express at BSB outer leading to another delay of 10 mins.

Instead of directly going to 2 SL they will gradually remove them one by one. Because that is ultimately their aim
As income levels rise they should reduce SL coaches and replace them with AC coaches gradually.
They need to restart the MAS-VSG service again, which was stopped during COVID-19. Badly, missing this service. Used to take direct train from MAS. Now, we need to visit YPR from MAS to take Goa train. I think Chennai is the only capital city which don't have the direct train to Goa.
I filed RTI in which they replied it will be started once 2nd pitline at Vasco is commissioned.
Regarding capital cities North East, Jammu are yet to be connected with Goa but do agree this MAS VSG exp was a very popular train especially for people to see Dudhsagar waterfalls they should have restarted in this monsoon with a Vistadome coach.
