yes Its very true (Even I have explicitly mentioned Kalindi's timings),,, You can try in Shram Shakti 3AC as well,, which can get confirmed (at least in RAC) as it has 4 3ACs and you have 16 days to journey.

what is the date of journey....Waiting list doesn't get upgraded....it is the total number of seats available in GN quota..after all the 122 seats is booked up,then RAC is alotted, rac allocation is #Racallocation 18 YPR to HWH in 3AC...
