The train can be ran as KSR-Vasco panchaganga express. It really need to be extended. Needless to say it would be a connectivity not just for Bangalore people but also for chennai people if we could catch this by taking intercity or something. Vasco is also in SWR so this train could be extended easily

Actually, I just saw it. It has RSA train with Madgoan Junction. Thats amazing.
Also I never asked for a MAS connectivity to Vasco. So not sure why you brought MAS in. I said panchaganga would be a great connecting train from Bangalore for travellers from chennai.
Its weird you comment three to four answers in weird way. PGT or TVC - i dont see a reason why they should run a train from MAS to Vasco via Hassan. Thats a dumbest comment ever

I mean they can still keep general quota for coastal KA and give lesser seat for Vasco I assume like Remote Location
I am from Kumta, KA & regular observe this train. Demand is so much. Train almost gets fool at Kumta/Honnavar itself, remember there are still big towns like Udupi, Byndoor, Bhatkal, Kundapur, Murudeshwar, Surathkal ahead.
As per Railway rules, Originating station gets General Quota, they can't do away with it & give other quotas. The quotas you mentioned are applicable from Intermediate stations.

The Already running UR Special between Karwar - Madgaon - Karwar has cause lot of damage to 16595/96 & affected permanent cancellation of another train too. Many do book online & travel till Karwar & changeover at Karwar. GS only 2 coaches, that gets full at Karwar +2 stations.
Like in every zones, there are some sections that are Neglected, Here too.

SidharthRai 311 blog posts39108 TKD WAP 7 in Sakarni livery shunts empty coaching rake of 12582 Ndls Bsbs at Pf 16 of Ndls.The loco was detached later and the rake was left on the platform.Now the train has RSA with 22581/82 also.
This train must be regularised immediately by SER RB. Getting good response from pgrs.
