The train can be ran as KSR-Vasco panchaganga express. It really need to be extended. Needless to say it would be a connectivity not just for Bangalore people but also for chennai people if we could catch this by taking intercity or something. Vasco is also in SWR so this train could be extended easily

Getting RSA is totally different. You can see many in that format. for Example in TN KL we have CBE NCJ ONT train RSA NCJ QLN passenger train. Nobody objects it but if proposal comes to merge both and make it as CBE QLN. It might face severe resistance. Same applies for Zone formats in operational issue. Chennai Salem we have lot of trains but Dharmapuri is just 60 kms from Salem. Just because of different zones i,e SWR and SR issue. we dont have single train Dharmapuri from chennai. Same type Chennai Chitoor we dont have single train even though plenty pass through kadpadi. SCR SR issue+ AP TN. Like wise panchaganga RSA can go as karwar madgoan/Vasco. direct merging might be tough. madgoan vaso how much SWR will accept is again question mark.
They wont understand. They want Mangalore to be treated right by SR and always complain about Mangalore being neglected by SR but they do the same for Vasco. If Mangalore has to join with SWR according to KA people, then Vasco also needs to be with KR. They are double standard I feel like
I feel like that should be fine. They can start RSA train as Karwar Vasco special and run it till Vasco
I dont personally object such RSA. but on generic note, TAT should given that it wont delay both sides. If such is possible no issues..
This has become almost the perfect train for Uttara Kanara passengers ever since it stopped going to MAQ and permanently got diverted via Kunigal. If only more coaches could be accommodated without hampering the timings.
There'd be more seats available at 16586 from Murdeshwar and 17310 from Madgaon, but most people would rather go board a train from Talguppa railway station instead.

But only 1 hr gap is risky. You can follow daily basis run. You will get idea from that

This area definitely needs more connectivity. Connections to Rayalaseema from the rest of Andhra is very less. Rayalseema has some services to Hyderabad and many do break journeys or rely on Prasanti and HWH VSG are running with full capacity.
Extension to palasa is not necessary. If the PM is shifted to VSKP ,train can be extended up to NDL.
When you consider the necessity and need of travelling public of Guntur Vijayawada or Rajahmundry the extention to Palasa will is 50% more then the demand of the people of Vskp VjA section towards Nandyal based on the migration of people who work in VJA Guntur and farm labour.
The special train which is between vizag and SMVT should run via guntur Nandyal guntakal and sspn. Which is useful
