If a special train run on the slot of sampoorn kranti then will it be punctual or not??
Mera matlab Sampporn Kranti ko 6days in week chalaao and 7th day agar ye ontime khul sake to fir uss din special bnaa ke run kraa do.

Train was cancelled on 11 march,
jo 12 ko ontime khuli wo rack 14 ko 3ghanta 10 menute
Then 16 ko 3 ghanta 55 menute
uske baad 18 ko 11ghanta 5 menut.

kyo ise on time kyo nahi chala sakte, agar TT aggressive hai toh bhi 3 hrs ke delay se toh aa sakti hai. ye bhi nahi ho sakta toh phir kya faayda itne zones banane se, railways says these are for better management. agar maan lijiye 3 ghante bhi late ayi aur 2 ghante reschedule hui toh bhi 5 hrs 30 mins late bhi nahi pahuch sakti Delhi..
In first rescheduling from Delhi, the train crossed Kanpur before 4 am and then reached Ndls at 1405 h. 10 hrs isn't too much..

if it would continue reaching delhi before 2 pm, it will definately reach patna around 1030-1100 hrs and even if rescheduled from Patna it will be minimum at the most 8 pm. and it can easily reach before 2 pm next day to avoid rescheduling.. but there are no intentions to run it on time at all..
One more thing I observed that, most of the people living in NCR, are not at all talking to run this train on time. In almost all of their suggestions there is only one thing. slow it down, cancel it once a week, divert it via Mb. but no one here has given at least one suggestion to how this will run on time.. why? they do feel that only because it doesn't halts and is quite fast as compared to others, it should be treated like that and no measures at all should be adopted to run the trains on time..
have I ever said slow down Ald Duranto, Cnb Shatabdi, Shram Shakti or Shiv Ganga or even Prayagraj or a gorakhdham. I said almost everywhere there is a punctual train other that Rajdhani or Shatabdi and has quite convinient timings. like get into train in night or evening and reach early morning. but only this train has the most convinient timings for going to Patna so at least one train should get better priority other than Rajdhani
