i booked ticket for seniorcitizens for east coast on 28th .rly official site showing available 4 for Lowerberth quota,however i got PQWL tickt. why like that. bcoz of this i booked for janmabhoomi tatkal.
Sir, To avail the lower berth quota, you must book separately for the senior citizens. 45 + female or 60 + male who are travelling alone only can avail the quota.
As per your PNR, there are 3 persons, if all the three are senior citizens,you should have book them in 3 separate forms.
In every coach , two berths will be earmarked for LB quota.
