Pregnancy Quota: Recently railways has started a new quota for females" Pregnancy Quota"/ Has anyone booked a ticket in this quota.? What is the procedure for the same? Also , in case somebody has already booked a ticket in this quota, can a waitlisted ticket be converted into a a confirmed ticket on grounds of pregnancy.

Can anyone provide the ans to last sentence i.e. "in case somebody has already booked a ticket in this quota, can a waitlisted ticket be converted into a a confirmed ticket on grounds of pregnancy."
I want to reserve the seat from Pune to Lucknow under this provision but system is showing "Not available" at this moment.
