Why can't Venkatadri Express and KCG-MS Express run with electric locos from Gooty to Renigunta/Tirupati? insted of running on diesel from end to end...

was the GTL-RU electrified recently? or was it from long time?
Issue is Venkatadri and KCG-MS do not touch GTL. Loco change at Gooty may not be possible for any train leave alone these two due to less number of PFs, busy station etc.
recently 2-3 months only , timings will be changed surely after july
